We revitalize brownfield sites
By 2050, land consumption in Germany should be reduced to zero. This is stated in the German government's climate protection plan. But hectare after hectare is still being newly sealed.
...and stop land consumption.
We make industrial brownfields valuable again: attractive districts and business parks are created at old locations. New land sealing is avoided and jobs are created. This is so important to us that we founded the German Brownfield Association, where we help shape practical framework conditions and present practicable solutions to politicians.
Circular Economy
We return a large proportion of the materials to the cycle. Our three crushing plants are used on numerous construction sites and produce high-quality recycled building materials. To conserve natural resources and avoid additional transport, we also use the Cut&Fill method. This ensures optimal use of existing natural soils.
Digital Planning
We use drones with cameras to make processes more efficient, safer, and more sustainable. This allows us to create a digital image of the construction site using Building Information Modeling (BIM). Thanks to the digital twin, recycling can also be better planned.
Shaping structural change is a generational task. Only together will we succeed in transforming Germany economically, socially, and ecologically. As a family business, it is important to us that the economy, people, and the environment are equally at the center of attention.

Our emission-free electric material handler produces no exhaust fumes or sparks. This is how we reduce CO2 emissions on construction sites.
